A local suburban gynaecologist, Danny Pule, played by (Yonda Thomas) and his wife Trisha (Keabetswe Motsilanyane) find themselves marinating in a web of married couple secrets and lies when their worlds clash with Nick Jones (Craig Urbani) and his wife Nancy (Danielle Steynvaardt), all because of Danny's life of unfaithfulness.

Unexpectedly, it leads the couples to a clash with a shamefully disbarred Psychiatrist, Fara (Joanne Reyneke), who suffers from a mental illness and has just recently escaped from an asylum. She becomes the regrettable third wheel they wish they'd never met.
